- Full payment is due by the day of the scheduled session or event.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any extras or changes requested after the original service agreement may incur additional fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

- Provide accurate event details and communicate any changes in a timely manner.
- Ensure the venue and participants are ready and accessible at the agreed-upon time.
- Treat all team members of 2ru3 Multimedia with respect and professionalism.

5. Turnaround Time and Delivery

Final media will be delivered within 12–72 hours unless otherwise specified. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

6. Media Usage and Rights

- Clients will receive usage rights for personal or agreed-upon commercial use.
- 2ru3 Multimedia retains the right to use media for promotional purposes unless the client opts out in writing.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- One complimentary reschedule is permitted; further changes may require an additional fee.
- No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit the deposit.

8. Liability

2ru3 Multimedia is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances that may impact the final product, including weather, venue limitations, or client delays. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver a professional and high-quality result.
